ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.2501 of 2017 pending on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB and CBCID at Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.

2.It is seen from records that the petitioner has already filed discharge petition before the Court below and the same has been dismissed by an order dated 22.05.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.5214 of 2018.

3.In view of the above, the dismissal of the discharge petition has to be challenged by the petitioner and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the dismissal of the discharge petition and workout his remedy in accordance with law.
