Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide Order dated 14.06.2021 in Crl.OP.No.9023 of 2021, wherein, the petitioner was directed to make a non-refundable deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- through demand draft in favour of the Medical Officer, Villupuram District for the treatment of the COVID-19 patients without prejudice to his defence before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Villupuram.
2. The Court granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 14.06.2021 as the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-. However, now the petitioner has filed the modification petition to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.9023 of 2021 datd 14.06.2021.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the amount imposed by this Court is based on the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation and no interferences is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
