O R D E R

This Contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for his willful disobedience of the order in W.P.No.16113 of 2021 dated 11.08.2021.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner appeared for an enquiry on 24.11.2021 and he was given a questionnaire containing various queries and he gave his answers for those queries. Based on the same, an order has been passed on 26.11.2021 cancelling the license given in favour of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has passed a mechanical order without assigning any reasons and hence, the order on the face of it is bad. 4.

In the considered view of this Court, the earlier order passed by the respondent was set aside on the ground that the license given to the petitioner was cancelled without affording an opportunity. Now there is a semblance of opportunity given to the petitioner. Therefore, it cannot be held that the order passed by the respondent on 26.11.2021, is a violation of the order passed by this Court.

If the petitioner has any grievance on the order passed by the respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the the same in the manner known to law. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be
