Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 03/06/2014 for grant of Land in favour of the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.C.Samadharma Arasu For Respondents : Mr.Alagu Gowtham, Government Advocate.

O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 03.06.2014 for grant of land comprising 2 acres of Nanchai tharisu in old Perungalathur Village, S.No.394/2.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent circulated a copy of order dated 22.04.2019 disposing the representation, though adverse to the petitioner. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well.

4. In light of the above and seeing as mandamus as sought for stands achieved, this Writ petition is closed, recording the aforesaid. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge order dated 22.04.2019 in a manner known to law within a period of 8 weeks from today.
