The present writ petition is filed seeking to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent for implementation of the award made in MCOP.No.461 of 1991.

2. If any award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, for executing the same, the petitioner has to go before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal by way of filing Execution Petition and, not before this Court under Article 226. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

3. This Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal to file Execution Petition.
