Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in Letter.No.66858/CMPC/2013-2 dated 22.08.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue directions to the respondents 4 to 16 to give pay protection to the petitioners by fixing the grade pay at Rs.5400 without resorting to any recovery based on the letter of the 1st respondent dated 22.08.2014.
