ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 22.02.2024 passed in M.P.NO. 1148 of 2023 in M.C.No. 626 of 2022, on the file of the learned IV Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondents herein have filed a petition under Section 125(d) of Cr.P.C., in M.P.No.1148 of 2023 in M.C.No.626 of 2022 seeking interim maintenance before the IV Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai. The learned Judge, IV Additional Principal Family Court, allowed the said petition

and ordered interim maintenance vide order dated 22.02.2024. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. Section 397(ii) Cr.P.C. clearly states that powers of revision cannot be used against the interlocutory orders. Hence no revision would lie against the interlocutory order.
