This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent dated 24.08.2011 pursuant to the orders of the second respondent dated 01.11.2010 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to exonerate the petitioner from the charges and to reinstate him into services of the bank thereby paying the monetary benefits effective from the date of relief.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
