ORDER
When the writ petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he had no instruction from the petitioner and he prayed this court that the writ petition may be dismissed for want of instructions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
