2. Though, the time granted by this Court got expired, however, as the proceedings in I.D.No.227 of 2008 could not be completed, the present Presiding Officer, I Additional Labour Court, Chennai has sent a letter dated 24.03.2025 to the Registrar General seeking further time of three months to dispose of the said case. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

3. In view of the above, this Court, is inclined to grant further period of four months to dispose of the cases in I.D.No.227 of 2008 and the 1st respondent/I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, is directed to expedite the proceedings and complete the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 27-03-2025 To
