Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to forthwith grant Patta to the Petitioner's land in Survey Nos.1/1 to 1/6 at No. 162, Mallanakottur Village, then Dharmapuri District, now Krishnagiri District, by considering and passing orders on the application of the Petitioner dated 05.01.2020 and reminder dated 16.11.2020.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 05.01.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta with regard to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondent.

3. The respondent has fixed the date for enquiry on 14.12.2020. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the petitioner can be present along with the relevant documents.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that of the respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
