O R D E R

Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.3675 of 2012 dated 01.03.2018, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter was called today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent by producing a copy of the letter addressed by the Planning Officer, Tribal Welfare, Namakkal to the Director, Directorate of Tribal Welfare, Chepauk, Chennai, dated 10.1.2020 submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said statement was also accepted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The presence of respondents 2 and 3, namely, Mr.Ritto Syriac, Director of Tribal Welfare and Ms.Maragatha Valli, District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, before this Court was also recorded. 4.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
