Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.08.2019 in W.P.No.20173/2012.

O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.08.2019 made in W.P.No.20173/2012. 2.

When the matter was called, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order of this Court has not been complied with. 3.

In reply, learned Special Government Pleader (Co-op.) appearing for the contemnors submitted that the Common Order of this Court made in W.P.No.20173/2012 dated 29.08.2019 has already been complied with. However, he stated that in view of the fact that the election code of conduct is in force, four weeks time may be granted to issue a separate posting orders to the petitioners in the promoted post. 4.

Recording the same, four weeks time is granted to the respondents to issue separate posting orders to the petitioners in the promoted post.
