Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the 1st respondent on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m pending revision by an order dated 08.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.11839 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.1312 of 2016. [IN CRL.MP.NO.5221 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.SURYA PRAKASH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11839 of 2016 in Crl.RC.No.1312 of 2016, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 11839 of 2016 in Crl.RC.No.1312 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is [*]modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day once in three months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 25/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
