The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the final order dated 02.02.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, Fast Track Mahila Court at Erode in S.C.No.115 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice on behalf of the respondent police has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
