ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to fill up annexure I in form of application as per G.O.Ms.313, Finance [Pay Cell] Department dated 25.10.2017 and issue sanction order to the third respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to pay the revised pension to the petitioner.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner retired from the post of Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry on 31.05.1995. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per G.O.No.313 Finance [Pay Cell] Department, dated 25.10.2017, the petitioner is entitled for revision of pension. In this regard, the second respondent has forwarded the request of the petitioner and recommended for revision of pension and had issued proceedings on 18.02.2022. Despite of the same, the second respondent has not forwarded the same 2/5
to the third respondent for revision of pension of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent has forwarded the proposal to the third respondent and Orders are awaited from the third respondent.
4. In such view of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the proposal sent by the second respondent and pass Orders on the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
