This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with the condition of depositing 20% of the cheque amount passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.9993 of 2023 in C.A.No.218 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3.This Court has perused the petition and is satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of one week from today is granted to comply with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.9993 of 2023 in C.A.No.218 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
