The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the first respondent to return the sale deed registered as Document No.6599/2013, dated 07.11.2013 to the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the the document was released to the petitioner on 26.12.2013.
