ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.08.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 394, 459, 397, 342 and 114 of IPC, in Crime No.1999 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner have stolen 821 bottles of brandy worth about a sum of Rs.1,05,680/- and cash Rs.1,470 from the TASMAC ShopNo.11479, Keeranur Ulundurpet. Hence, the complaint 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail from 04.08.2020. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there is one previous case pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
