ORDER

The prayer made in this Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records made in Na.Ka.No.944/2012/Mines, dated 04.03.2014 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the lease period itself is already over, hence the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
