ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of the first respondent relating to his Pro.Na.Ka.No.4096/2014/Sa.Pa dated 17.09.2014 and the consequential resolution dated 23.09.2014 of the respondents 2 to 7 herein.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent today also. Mr.Tamilvendhan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.M. S.Palanisamy, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent state that the writ petition challenges the removal of the petitioner from the Board of Directors of the second respondent namely S.336, Nachipatti Primary Co-operative Credit Society, Vennandur, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

3. Mr.M.S Palanisamy, further adds that the period of office was over long ago in the year 2018.

4. As the writ has become infructuous and since the petitioner is not represented on more than one occasion, I have no other option except to dismiss the writ petition as infructuous.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 02.12.2025 Vv To
