This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction forbearing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful functioning and running of the petitioner restaurant viz., "M/s.Mokka Cafe & Restaurant", situated at No.21, Greams Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai - 6.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for respondents would submit that, the petitioner has already vacated the premises, he is no more in occupation of the premises and he is not running any restaurant in the said premises.

3. In the said circumstances, the prayer sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition cannot be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is liable to be closed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
