Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the nature of writ calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in Order No.A/2821/2014 dated 14.08.2014 and that of the 3rd respondent in order No.1971/2014 dated 01.09.2014 and also in order No.1971 / 2014 dated 05.09.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work in the same station and consequently to regularise the period of absence as medical leave in accordance with law.
