Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to sit for the first semester exams in M.B.A.(Textile Management) on 19.12.2012 and 28.12.2012, and to further direct the respondents to hold a special examinations for the exams already held on 05.12.2012, 06.12.2012 and 07.12.2012.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
