ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruppur, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17089 of 2020 by order dated 02.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17089 of 2020 by order dated 02.11.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruppur, every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
