ORDER

This Review application has been filed to review the order dated 03.08.2012 made in C.R.P.(PD) No.775 of 2012 on the file of this Court.

2. Mr.Bhagwat Krishnan, the learned counsel representing M/s.Srinath Sridevan, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the review applicant is the defendant in O.S.No.124 of 2008. The respondents filed the said suit for declaration and partition. The review applicant filed an application in I.A.No.148 of 2011 to reject the plaint. The said application was dismissed. Against the said order, the petitioner filed the C.R.P.No.775 of 2012, which was also dismissed.

3. Though the Review Application is pending from the year 2012, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to tell the stage of the suit. A reading of the order sought to be reviewed reveals that there is no error apparent in the order.

4. Under these circumstances, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
