Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioners online application in Appl.No. 2025/0123/08/011077 dated 26.06.2025 and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and fix the boundary stone in the petitioners lands in Survey Nos. 859/1, 859/2, 859/3 and 860/2 to the extents of respectively 0.05.00, 0.82.00, 0.90.00 and 0.35.50 situated at Alamarathupatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District with help of 3rd respondent For Petitioner(s):

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 26.06.2025.
2. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an online application dated 26.06.2025 before the official
respondents, requesting them to survey and mark the boundaries of the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the official respondents till date. Hence, this petition.
5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st & 2nd respondents to consider the online application filed by the petitioner dated 26.06.2025 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent for conducting survey and laying boundary stones at the subject land. If there is any dispute with regard to the possession over the said property, the same has to be decided only by way of filing a suit before an appropriate Civil Court.
9. If any police protection is required at the time of conducting survey, the official respondents are granted liberty to avail the same by approaching the 3rd respondent. In such case, the 3rd respondent shall provide all necessary protection to the official respondents till the completion of survey at the subject land.
