O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 06.11.2013 made in I.A.No.1243 of 2013 in I.A.No.2971 of 2010 in O.P.No.912 of 2010 on the file of the Hon'ble II Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.
2. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made an endorsement that the petitioner has no objection to hand over the child as per the order of the Family Court; only the place for handing over the child would be at Tambaram Court Gate and receive the child back at the same place. Recording the said endorsement, the petitioner is directed to hand over the child to respondent at 10 A.M, every first sunday of the month at Tambaram Court gate and respondent is directed to return the child at 5 P.M to petitioner at Tambaram Court gate.
3. In view of the above modification, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of without deciding the issue on merits, directing the II Additional Principal Family Judge to dispose the O.P as well as all the I.As' pending simultaneously as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a compliance report before this Court.
