2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in the order dated 03.08.2022 in this present petition. Accordingly, the following correction shall be incorporated in the order: (i) In paragraph No.8 (b), instead of "8 (b) the petitioner shall deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust." it should be corrected as, "6 (b) the petitioner shall deposit Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust."

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the Order dated 03.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 18231 of 2022 and issue a fresh order copy.
