Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the 3rd respondent to produce the detenue Saranya D/o Vedi, aged 16 years, resided at Indira Nagar, Thanipadi Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District before this Hon'ble Court and give custody to the petitioner herein. (Order of the Court was made by M.M. SUNDRESH,J.) The petitioner, who is the grandmother of the detenue, namely, Saranya, D/o. Vedi, aged 16 years has come forward with the Habeas Corpus Petition to direct the 3rd respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

produce the detenue before this Hon'ble Court and give her custody to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents submitted that the detenue has been secured on 24.11.2020 and handed over to the petitioner.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
