ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The application for issuance of passport filed by the petitioner has been closed by the respondents for suppression of certain material facts. This order dated 18.04.2023 is now under challenge. 3.Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for 1st respondent. Mr.N.Siva Bharathi, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for 2nd respondent. 4.The very impugned proceedings has advised the petitioner to file a fresh application with all correct materials. Inasmuch as the right of the petitioner 2/4

to apply and to have a passport on furnishing all relevant and correct materials is not foreclosed. There is no need for this Court to entertain the present petition.

5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
