ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the modified condition imposed in para no.3 on the petitioner by this Court in the order dated 28.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2980 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1711 of 2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2980 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1711 of 2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further

orders, is relaxed.
