Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying to direct the first respondent to give instruction to the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 23.11.2020.

ORDER

In respect of the property in issue, with reference to which, the petitioner seeks for police protection, according to the petitioner, the civil suit laid by him in O.S.No.487/2013 has ended in his favour.

2. In such view of the matter, it is for the petitioner to enforce the order of the civil court in the manner known to law. Without enforcing the order of the civil court, the petitioner has rushed to this Court for the grant of police protection.
