The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.11.2015.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 17.11.2015. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
