O R D E R
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7705 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioners were directed to 1/4
cancel the settlement deed bearing Document No.4538 of 2023, dated 09.03.2023, and the mortgage deed bearing Document No.2327 of 2024, dated 28.03.2024. The settlement deed has been cancelled through Document No.2479 of 2025, and the mortgage deed has been cancelled by the Indian Overseas Bank (I.O.B). A receipt issued by I.O.B confirming the cancellation, has been registered as Document No.2468 of 2025. The documents evidencing the cancellation of the mortgage have also been produced. Thus, the petitioners have complied with the order of this Court.
3. In view of the above, the petitioners daily appearance before the respondent police is no longer required and the condition is accordingly relaxed.
