This Court, while disposing the Civil Revision Petition in CRP PD No.4781 of 2013 has directed the trial Court to dispose the suit in O.S.No.335 of 2002 within a period of two months.

2. The trial Court, vide its letter in D.No.607/19 dated 28.03.2019 has requested a further period of three months to dispose of the appeal.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the letter and in the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of three months is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, to dispose the appeal in OS.No.335/2002. No further extension.
