2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7528 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.6045 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
