Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS/V.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the bail condition in para 5(d) by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12567 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 in Crime No.562 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complaying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12567 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 in Crime No.562 of 2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12567 of 2020 dated 19.06.2020 in Crime No.562 of 2020, is relaxed, however, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
