Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the issue of the communication bearing No.11 of 2016 dated 22.02.2016 duly issued by the Sub-Registrar Konnur Chennai-600 049 the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and directed the respondents to delete the entries pertaining to the Document No.3167 of 1997 on the books of the Sub-Registrar Konnur.
