(K.3) R.P.No.27/02 (4932/02), dated 5.6.2003 and the order of the second Respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.8478/2001/B1, dated 30.11.2002 and the impugned order of the third Respondent in Tho.Mu.Pa.Ma. (2) 942/97-98 II/B4, dated 3.2.1999, and quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to change the patta in Survey No. 14/1B and 14/2A of Neduvakkottai Village, Mannargudi Taluk, Thiruvarur District in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Durairaj including the petitioner and the fourth Respondent. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted before this Court that the issue in between the petitioner and the 4th respondent was settled and nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
