Mr.T.Ramesh, learned counsel representing Mr.PG.Santhosh Kumar, counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan, learned State counsel assisted by Mr.G.Sarath Babu on behalf of all the four respondents are before me.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner has sent a electronic mail communication to the Registry and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

3. Learned counsel reiterates the contents of aforementioned electronic mail in the virtual hearing.

4. In the light of the aforementioned memo and reiteration of the same in the virtual hearing, captioned writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected WMP is also dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
