Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire record of the 1st Respondent pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka. P3/ E- 991087 /2023 dated 28.08.2024 and quash the same and Consequently direct the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 21.05.2026 for exchange of patta land of the petitioner in 253/5C for the petitioners occupation of 116 Sq.m. in S.No.254,Kallapadi Village, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District within a timeframe to be fixed by this Honble court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

4. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government's counsel would submit that in this case, the subject land was in possession of the petitioner and his son. The impugned order was already challenged by the petitioner's son before The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.2779 of 2025, which was dismissed vide order dated 03.02.2025. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

5. In view of the above, it is clear that the very same impugned order was already challenged in WP.No.2279 of 2025. However, the said petition was dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 03.02.2025. In such case, the issue involved in this petition was already decided vide the above order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Therefore, following the said order, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present petition.
