This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 102 days in payment of deficit court fee of Rs.4160/-.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", within a week from today".

3. Post the matter on 07.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
