This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10856 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders. 1/2

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10856 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025 is relaxed.
