ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.441 of 2023, dated 15.06.2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, on the complaint of the second respondent/de-facto complainant on 15.06.2023.

2. On a reading of the FIR and the materials available on record, it is seen that prima-facie allegations are made out as against the petitioner.

3. Upon hearing both sides and on a perusal of the materials available on record, it is clear that no ground is made out to quash the FIR. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
