ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition order 6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders dated 23.04.2025 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No11962 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
