2.A perusal of schedule reveals that the petitioners seek to mark the following documents:

(1)An unregistered construction agreement entered between the deceased Premamurthy, while he was alive, dated 20.12.1987, so also (2)Builders agreement dated 24.05.1996 with regard to development of property at Zackria Colony, Kodambakkam, (3)An unregistered construction agreement entered between P.Elango and Prema Murhty dated 24.05.1996, (4)Copy of death certificate of C.K.S.Murthy, issued by MedicalOfficer, General Hospital, Patan Taluk, Gujarat, (5)Copy of death certificate of C.K.S.Murhty, issued at Gujarat, (6)Copy of death certificate of C.N.Krishna Iyer, (7)Copy of death certificate of C.K.Rajaram, (8)Copy of legal heirs certificate of K.Lakshmi, (9)Copy of legal heirs certificate of C.N.Krishna Iyer issued by Tahsildar, Salem.

3.On considering the facts and circumstances of the case, permission is 1/4
