..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent pertaining to the declaration of petitioner's result on August 23rd, 2014 and quash the same in so far as it relates to declaring the petitioner 'failed' and also direct the respondents to declare result of petitioner as pass with regard to Group IV Exams consisting of Papers 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the petitioner having Roll Number 97967, as per the guidelines framed in the Official Gazette, more specifically, in Hindi. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court for the withdrawal of the present writ petition. Permission is granted. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement to the said effect in the bundle.

2. Recording the abovesaid submission of the petitioner and also the endorsement made by him in the bundle, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
