ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Sections as "8(c) r/w 21(c), 23(c), 28 & 29 of NDPS Act 1985" instead of section "8(c) r/w 21(c), 23(c) & 29 of NDPS Act 1985" in the bail order passed in Crl.Op.No.11396 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while all other facts were correctly recorded in the petition, Section 28 of the NDPS Act, 1985 was inadvertently omitted. This factual omission was not disputed by the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.

Since the amendment sought is only to incorporate Section 28 of the NDPS Act, 1985, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed 4.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order and issue corrected order copy to the parties. 09-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order VEDA Note: Issue order copy today i.e., on 09.06.2026.
