ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11606 of 2025, dated 25.04.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, C1-Flower Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11606 of 2025 on 25.04.2025 with a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, C-1 Flower Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would submit that the petitioner is a resident of Ulundurpet and the case has been registered at the AWPS, Ulundurpet Police Station, Kallakurichi, He further submit that the petitioner finds it difficult to carry out his regular day-to-day activities while staying in Chennai, and thereby he seeks for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the submissions on both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11606 of 2025, dated 25.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 16.07.2025 2/2
